Product information "Vegan Fitness Bundle"

The new nur.fit Fitness Bundle offers the optimal combination of two high-quality vegetable protein sources. The bundle contains 500g organic rice protein and 500g organic pea protein. How these two proteins optimally support your body and what other health benefits they have, we explain here.

What is rice protein and what does it contain?

BIO Rice Protein is a purely vegetable protein, which is produced exclusively from fresh rice. It has a high protein value and is just as good a source of protein as regular whey protein. Therefore it is a high quality natural supplement. The rice protein helps to build and grow muscles in a healthy and balanced way.

Rice protein is naturally rich in fibre, which not only supports the feeling of satiety, but is also good for digestion. What is special about rice protein is that it does not contain milk, egg or sugar. Because rice protein contains no animal products, soy, wheat or fructose, it is particularly well tolerated and easy to digest, even for allergy sufferers! The rice protein is also suitable for diabetics, vegans and vegetarians. In addition, rice protein is low in carbohydrates and can be used as part of a low carb diet.

If you are on a purely vegetable diet, or if you have problems with digestion after too many dairy products and still want to supply your body with protein easily and quickly, try BIO Rice Protein. It gives your body what it needs for healthy and balanced muscle growth.

What is pea protein and what does it contain?

The nur.fit BIO Pea Protein is a high quality and vegan protein supplement, which is exclusively made from fresh peas. The pea is part of the legume family and is one of the most protein-rich vegetables. The pea protein is ideal for healthy and balanced muscle building and maintenance.

Pea protein is low in allergens because it contains no lactose, eggs, gluten, soya or fructose. The vegan protein powder is also very well tolerated by allergy sufferers and easy to digest, making it suitable for sensitive stomachs. Our pea protein is optimal for vegans and vegetarians. It is also suitable for athletes, strength athletes, bodybuilders after an intensive workout, and for older people who want to prevent muscle loss.

It is also an excellent source of iron-rich amino acids, which also serves as a source of dietary fibre. The pea protein is low in carbohydrates and sugar and can be used in a low carb and low sugar diet. The protein also helps to accelerate and support the weight loss process.

Why combine rice protein and pea protein?

It is recommended to combine at least two vegetable protein sources so that the body can optimally absorb and utilise the protein. We recommend the combination of rice protein and pea protein.

Both have an excellent amino acid balance and contain the essential amino acids isoleucine, leucine, lysine, valine, phenylalanine, threonine, methionine and tryptophan. Furthermore, the vegetable protein powders, among others, contain glutamine, asparagine, glycine and cysteine as semi- or non-essential amino acids.

Amino acids are like the building blocks of proteins. These combine to form chains and thus form different proteins. Especially the combination of rice protein and pea protein is considered to be of particularly high quality, as a complete amino acid profile is thus achieved. Proteins are particularly important for building and maintaining muscle mass. However, because not all amino acids can be produced by our body, it is especially important for strength and endurance athletes to take protein supplements.

Rice protein is low in lysine but high in tyrosine and methionine. Pea protein in turn has a high value of lysine and arginine, but is weak in tyrosine, cysteine and methionine. Rice protein and pea protein therefore complement each other and perfectly balance each other in combination.

In addition, the combination of the two vegetable proteins balances the slightly "chalky" taste of rice protein with pea protein and gives it a pleasantly creamy consistency.

It is recommended to mix in a ratio of 30% pea protein to 70% rice protein to achieve the biological value of whey protein.

FAQ

Questions?

Proteins are elementary building materials of the human body and all life. They form the basis of every cell in the body and have important key functions. Proteins are the building blocks from which our body is "built" and, along with fat and carbohydrates, are among the macronutrients.
Proteins consist of amino acids. You've probably heard of amino acids. If you haven't really been able to do anything with them, or if you haven't understood what these amino acids are all about, you've come to the right place!Simply explained: Amino acids are the "building blocks" of the body's own proteins. Proteins are the "building blocks" of our body - i.e. the body cells, enzymes and hormones. There are 20 different amino acids, 8 of which are essential. This means that these 8 essential amino acids cannot be produced by our body itself and have to be supplied via food or dietary supplements. If you are interested in protein to build muscle, you should pay special attention to 3 of the essential amino acids. These are leucine, isoleucine and valine. They belong to the group of BCAA (Branched-Chain Amino Acids) and are used for muscle building and muscle maintenance.Translated with www.
Protein-containing foods are very satisfying and your body will signal a feeling of hunger until the protein stores are filled. If you don't eat protein, you are most likely consuming an unnecessary amount of calories. Proteins have a thermal effect. This means that heat is generated during digestion. For example, digesting protein consumes more energy than digesting carbohydrates or fat. So if you want to lose weight, make sure you eat a protein-rich diet. The best thing, of course, is to exercise in addition.
